Business Card Scanner ScreenshotTips & Best Practices

  • Make sure the card is flat and fully in view — avoid shadows or fingers covering text.

  • If the card has unusual fonts or logos, double-check the fields for accuracy.

  • Use notes like “Conference2025”, “Follow-Up”, or “VIP” to sort your scanned contacts.

  • Scan cards at your convenience — all data is synced across your devices so you're always up-to-date.

When Things Don’t Work

  • If the camera cannot detect the card, return to the menu and select “Leads” to add the information manually.
  • If the text is blurry, improve the lighting, use a contrasting background, and adjust your camera’s distance until the image is in focus.
  • Ensure Pitch59 has permission to access your camera (check your device settings).
