Follow Up reminders help you follow up at the right time—so no lead gets overlooked.
How to Set Follow Up Reminders

Note: If you've just saved a lead, you'll be taken directly to your Leads folder.
Open the menu above your PitchCard and click "Leads".

- Find the lead you want to follow up with and tap the bell icon at the bottom of their card.
- Tap the date to choose when you'd like to be reminded.
- Tap the time to set when the reminder should go off.
- Tap Save
Things to know

A default reminder is automatically set for 9:00 AM the day after a lead is added.

Setting a new date or time will replace the default reminder.

If reminders are turned off, you won’t receive a notification.
