WHY SHOULD I USE POCKETS TO ORGANIZE MY NETWORK?
Your Pitch59 pockets are a powerful tool for managing relationships and keeping track of the PitchCards that matter most. Within the “My Network” page on the Pitch59 website or app, pockets give you a simple way to organize those saved PitchCards so your network stays clear, intentional, and easy to navigate.
Why Use Pockets?
As your network grows, it can quickly become difficult to keep track of who’s who and why you saved their PitchCard. Pockets solve this by letting you group PitchCards into meaningful categories.
Instead of a long, unstructured list, you can organize your network based on your goals—whether that’s potential collaborators, leads, inspiration, or people you want to follow up with later. This makes it easier to find the right connections at the right time and ensures no important opportunity gets buried.
Pockets are also a great way to share related PitchCards that you’ve found with others. You can easily share an entire pocket via text, email, or even QR code.
How to Use Pockets Effectively
Start by creating Pockets that reflect how you naturally think about your network. For example, you might organize by relationship stage (New Connections or In Progress), by purpose (Partnerships, Realtors, or Hiring), or by industry (Contractors, Plumbers, or Photographers).
As you save or review PitchCards in your My Network page, place each one into the Pocket that best fits your intended category. The goal is not to over-organize, but to create a structure that you can quickly understand and act on.
It’s also important to revisit your pockets. As conversations evolve, move PitchCards between Pockets to reflect their current status. A connection that starts as a “Potential Lead” might later belong in an “Active Collaborators” Pocket.
Building Stronger Connections Through Organization
Pockets are a tool for better networking. When your PitchCards are organized, it becomes much easier to follow up, prioritize outreach, and maintain consistent engagement. Using your pockets can help you shift from passively collecting contacts to actively managing relationships. Instead of forgetting who someone is or why you saved them, you always have context and clarity.
The My Network page is where your relationships live, and Pockets are how you organize and activate them. By grouping your PitchCards with intention and keeping them up to date, you create a network that’s organized and useful.
