TEAM MANAGER SETUP
Set up your Team Manager to streamline PitchCard creation and keep your business details consistent across your team.
Notes about Team Manager setup
Team Manager Setup is not strictly required in order to create and manage PitchCards within the Team Manager. However, information you enter in the Team Manager setup steps can be used to pre-populate information on any PitchCards you create within your Team Manager. If you choose to skip the Team Manager setup, you will be prompted to complete the setup steps each time you enter the Team Manager.
Note: You must purchase two Business PitchCards at the same time to create a Team Manager.
Setup Summary
- If you don't see the Team Manager setup, log in at pitch59.com and click the Team Manager link at the top right dropdown menu. Select the edit button in the heading of the Team Manager.
- Complete all required fields, indicated by an asterisk (*), on each tile.
- Select "SAVE & NEXT" when you are ready to move to the next tile. You will be allowed to progress if you've completed all the required information.
- When every required field is completed, including your video, select the "FINISH" button to complete your Team Manager setup.
Setup Details
- Billing:
- This tile was completed when you made your first purchase of at least two Business PitchCards. Use this tile to update your payment method and/or review your billing history.
- Select "SAVE & NEXT" to save any changes you have made and move to the next tile.

- Information:
- Complete the required Business Name, Email, Phone Number, and all Address fields.
- Check any of the boxes to the right of the fields if you do not want the information displayed. You can check or uncheck them at any time.
- Select "SAVE & NEXT" to save your changes and move to the next tile.

- About Me:
- Make one or more selections for the required "What industry are you in?" field. This field indicates the primary industry or industries for your business.
- Enter your calendar and social media links in the optional fields provided.
- Optionally fill out the Business Hours field.
- In the optional "More Info/Bio" field, enter any additional information you wish to share with the world.
- Select "SAVE & NEXT" to save your changes and move to the next tile.
- Uploads:
- Upload the Logo of your business/organization.
- Select "SAVE & NEXT" to save your changes and move to the next tile.
- Upload the Logo of your business/organization.
- Pitch:
- Select the "RECORD" button to use our built-in tools to record your video. Check out this video for instructions and tips on making an outstanding pitch video.
- Select "UPLOAD" to upload a video you pre-recorded.
