HOW TO USE THE CONTACT SWAP FEATURE ON YOUR PITCHCARD

The Contact Swap feature in Pitch59 makes networking faster and easier by allowing anyone who has your PitchCard to instantly share their contact information with you. Instead of manually typing or scanning details, they can swap their info directly with you via your PitchCard and vice versa, ensuring both parties leave the conversation connected.

How It Works

When you use Contact Swap, Pitch59 securely shares your selected contact details (such as your name, the name of your business, phone number, and email) with the PitchCard owner, while simultaneously saving their information to your pockets. This two-way exchange happens in seconds and keeps your network organized.

How to Use Contact Swap

  1. Open the PitchCard you want to connect with.
  2. Tap the Contact button located on the card  
  3. Select the Contact Swap option.
  4. Confirm the contact details you’d like to share, and optionally add a note.
  5. The Pitch59 app will automatically exchange your information with the PitchCard owner.

Managing Your Shared Information

You can control what information is shared during a Contact Swap:

  • Go to Edit your PitchCard › Information page 
  • Enable or disable specific details such as phone or email by checking or unchecking the checkboxes under Hide on PitchCard. Your preferences will automatically apply to future swaps.
