HOW TO UPDATE YOUR PITCH59 PAYMENT INFORMATION
This article shows you how to update your PitchCard or Team Manager payment information.
Personal PitchCards
At this time, PitchCard subscriptions associated with personal accounts rather than a Team Manager are each billed separately.
Note: If you purchased your PitchCard using the Pitch59 app on an Android or Apple device, go to your app store to update your payment settings.
Follow these steps to update the billing information for EACH PitchCard on your personal account:
- Go to Pitch59 and log in.
- Click on your profile image at the top right to open the dropdown menu.
- Select "My PitchCards" from the dropdown menu.
- Select the PitchCard you wish to update. Select the "Edit" button.
- Select "1. Billing" at the top left if it isn't already selected.
- Click on the edit icon
in the top right corner of the Payment Method section.
- Enter your credit card information.
- Click the Update button.
Team Manager
Follow these steps to update the billing information for your Team Manager and all the PitchCards it contains:
- Go to Pitch59 and log in.
- Click on your profile image at the top right to open the dropdown menu.
- Click on the Team Manager link in the dropdown menu.
- Select the Billing icon
on the same line as the Team Manager heading.
- Click on the edit icon
in the top right corner of the Payment Method section.
- Enter your credit card information.
- Click the Update button.
