HOW TO SET FOLLOW UP REMINDERS

Follow Up reminders help you follow up at the right time—so no lead gets overlooked.

How to Set Follow Up Reminders

  1. Open the menu above your PitchCard and click "Leads".

    Note: If you've just saved a lead, you'll be taken directly to your Leads folder.

  2. Find the lead you want to follow up with and tap the bell icon at the bottom of their card.
  3. Tap the date to choose when you'd like to be reminded.
  4. Tap the time to set when the reminder should go off.
  5. Tap Save
     

Things to know

  • A default reminder is automatically set for 9:00 AM the day after a lead is added.

  • Setting a new date or time will replace the default reminder.

  • If reminders are turned off, you won’t receive a notification.
