HOW TO CANCEL YOUR PITCHCARD SUBSCRIPTION

Our step-by-step guide makes canceling your PitchCard or Pitch59 account simple. Learn how to unsubscribe, reactivate, or delete your account with ease

At Pitch59, we strive to provide the best experience possible. However, if you need to unsubscribe from your PitchCard or cancel your free Pitch59 account, we’ve made the process simple and straightforward. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you through the process.

Unsubscribing from Your PitchCard

If You Subscribed Through the Pitch59 App

If you purchased your PitchCard through the Pitch59 app, you will need to cancel your subscription directly through your app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).

If You Subscribed Through the Pitch59 Website

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the website.
  2. Select Manage Subscriptions from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click the Cancel Subscription link at the top of the page. This will bring up a window making sure you want to cancel your subscription, or change to a different subscription plan.
  4. Select Cancel Subscription again. An additional confirmation window will be displayed.
  5. Select Cancel Subscription again.

 

Important Cancellation Details

  • You will receive two confirmation pop-ups.
  • Your PitchCard will remain active until the end of your subscription period.
  • Once your subscription ends, all uploaded content, testimonials, messages, and analytics will be permanently deleted.

  • You have 25 days after your subscription ends to recover your PitchCard if you change your mind.

 

Reactivating a Canceled PitchCard

If you decide to return to Pitch59 during the cancellation grace period, simply:

Cancellation-Reactivate

  1. Visit the Reactivate section in your account.
  2. Enter any available discount code.
  3. Click Pay Now to restore your PitchCard instantly.

 

Canceling Your Free Pitch59 Account

Once your PitchCard is canceled, you can also request to delete your free Pitch59 account. To do this:

  1. Go to the Resources tab.
  2. Click on Contact Support and fill out the form.
  3. Alternatively, call the customer support number listed on the page for assistance.
